Situated at 29, Nabeup-ro 2-gil, it’s conveniently located close to the coastal road, offering easy access to stunning sea views, quirky cafes, and delicious seafood restaurants. Aewol is known for its artistic vibe and relaxed pace, and Cozy House & Tour perfectly captures this essence. While a car is recommended for exploring the entire island, the hotel’s proximity to local buses and the availability of tour services (as the name suggests!) significantly enhance its appeal. Don’t expect the hustle and bustle of Jeju City or Seogwipo – Aewol offers a more authentic and tranquil experience, and this hotel positions you perfectly to enjoy it. 😃

The decor is simple yet charming, featuring comfortable beds, functional furnishings, and, importantly, air conditioning (essential in Jeju’s summer months). While I didn’t find a mini-fridge in every room, the helpful staff were always willing to store any perishable items for me. The bathrooms are compact but spotless, with a good shower and provided toiletries. While perhaps not overflowing with modern gadgets, the focus here is on providing a comfortable and functional base for exploring the island. The rooms are well-maintained, which is a testament to the hotel’s dedication to providing a pleasant experience for their guests, despite its budget-friendly pricing. ⭐

While amenities might be limited, the standout feature of Cozy House & Tour is undoubtedly the personalized service. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome. From offering travel advice and booking tours to providing recommendations for local eateries and helping with transportation, their dedication to customer service is truly exceptional. As the name suggests, the hotel also organizes tours, making it a fantastic option for those who prefer guided exploration. While I didn’t personally participate in a tour, I observed other guests praising the knowledgeable guides and well-planned itineraries. While there isn’t an on-site restaurant, the abundance of nearby cafes and restaurants means you’re never far from a delicious meal. The late check-in time (4:00 PM) and early check-out (11:00 AM) are something to keep in mind when planning your arrival and departure. 📸
